  • Advocate for changes to RPS legislation in Annapolis, which resulted in saving electric customers over $2 million from 2021 to 2030
  • Work to ensure no large tax increases were placed on town residents
  • Develop and administer over $4 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to address aging infrastructure needs
  • Receive an outstanding independent audit every year for the past four years
  • Establish a Capital Reserve Fund, Health Insurance Reserve, LEOPS Stabilization Reserve, Debt Service Reserve Fund, Disaster Recovery Reserve Fund, and Stabilization Reserve Fund
  • Develop a multi-year spending plan for casino funding to help offset the cost of the Law Enforcement Officers Pension System (LEOPS) and assist with EMS ambulance replacements
  • Improve financial transparency by adding check registers and credit card statements to Mayor and Council meeting packets
  • Complete the repayment to the General Fund using Local Impact Grant Funds for the new Police Department on Decatur Street
  • Save electric customers approximately $2 million over four years from Peak Shaving
